 Edmonds WA is Just Beautiful – What More Would You Like On A Winter Day?
48 degrees out?
Who cares with the nice warm sun overhead. We made it an afternoon at the South end of Edmonds Waterfront just South of the Marina and North of the waterfront dog park.
As long as the sun stayed out from behind the scattered clouds, it was warm enough to keep us happy all bundled up.
We weren’t the only ones taking advantage of the beautiful Edmonds waterfront. It is a magnet to me every time it is sunny and I am not alone.
My son loves the play structure but then can’t keep away from the beautiful beaches.
Adventures await at every turn!
Besides the Edmonds beaches, play structure, and dog park (as if that isn’t enough to get EVERYONE down here), there is a great walking path mostly along the water - complete with wooden boardwalks over sailboats and we love to peek down into the rocks in the Puget Sound and spy on the creatures below – crab and starfish are usually the favorites..

Edmonds Real estate has had its challenges this year. Inventory has been high, but let’s go ahead and look back over 5 years to see that high inventory is part of the game with Edmonds real estate. If you are looking for Edmonds homes for sale, you have always had a lot of choices.
Why is that? Edmonds is a great place to live and definitely a top pick for best Seattle Suburbs to live in by far. But, even Edmonds Bowl which always seems to be the most desireable portion of Edmonds when I am showing typically has a lot in the choices category:
As the coming Spring selling market approaches, make sure that you follow a good checklist for getting your Edmonds home ready for the market if you want to stand out against what is surely to be an abundance of competition again.
